About Casey Merritt

Casey Merritt leads operations at Sea & Oak Properties with a disciplined, systems-driven approach shaped by over a decade in high-performance production and organizational leadership.

 

Prior to joining Sea & Oak, Casey served as Executive Director at Noland, Hamerly, Etienne & Hoss, where he oversaw daily operations and led a team of 25 professionals. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Dole Fresh Vegetables and PepsiCo, managing large-scale production environments and leading teams of up to 70 employees in fast-paced, time-sensitive settings.

 

An avid golfer, Casey brings a disciplined and process-driven mindset to his work. As a father of four and an active volunteer who has coached youth sports, he understands leadership through structure, preparation, and long-term commitment.

 

At Sea & Oak, Casey leads the operational backbone of the company—ensuring every client experience is executed with precision, consistency, and accountability.
